New accounts: Official school orders qualify for immediate 30 day credit account status. All other orders must be prepaid either with a cheque made payable to "Educational Scientific Supplies" or by credit card. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Maestro, Electron and JCB. Carriage, if applicable, and VAT must be included.

Payment terms: 30 days net. All goods remain the property of ESS until paid for in full. We reserve the right to alter specifications without notice. Prices do not include VAT.

Delivery: All orders are processed on the day they are received. We aim to supply everything from stock. We will contact you should there be any delay in the completion of your order.

For Northern Scotland,  Northern Ireland and export,  small items will be sent by post.  Larger or heavier items will be sent by courier and will incur a minimum carriage charge of £18.75
